We notched major national wins, including the launch of our first state veterans caucus and Eric’s feature in American Grit.
In the fall of 2018, I was restless. Real estate had given me stability, but not purpose. What I missed most from my time in the Navy was the sense of mission — the feeling that every day, every decision, mattered for something larger than myself.
From local VFW posts to the national convention floor, veterans are leading the fight to ensure that all veterans–and all Americans–have the right to vote in elections their tax dollars help fund. What began as local resolutions became a full-court press for the Let America Vote Act (LAVA).
